OUR ACCELERATE^SM PROGRAM FOR NEWLY LICENSED INDEPENDENT AGENTS

ACCELERATE℠ TRAINING

Our ACCELERATE℠ program is a hybrid of live virtual and in-person learning that allows our team of professionals to provide training and coaching across our entire footprint. Begin with live virtual introductory courses and core courses (3 days/week for about 6 weeks) and then move on to advanced level courses and select electives.

• Introductory Level: Create your business plan, begin building your database and learn how to conduct appointments and consultations.
• Core Level: Start generating leads and get comfortable navigating the real estate process.
• Advanced Level: Hone your skills while also getting more detailed training on all of our technology platforms.
• Electives: Select electives based on how you plan to run your business and which tools you plan to leverage. Taking advantage of these will create a comfort level in navigating the latest real estate technology.
• Consultation Workshops: Our in-person workshops allow you a hands-on opportunity to create your buyer or listing consultation packets and observe how an appointment is conducted so you can refine your dialogues and value proposition. These sessions pack the room!

ACCELERATE℠ COACHING

As you work through the training sessions, your ACCELERATE℠ Coach will meet with you one-on-one to provide customized coaching/mentoring, prep you for client conversations/consultations and guide you through each step of your transactions. They will help you implement what you have learned by giving you motivation and strategies to turn your knowledge into action. Our coaching program will help you gain the following:

• A customized plan that will reach your financial goals
• Identified strengths to leverage and weaknesses to improve
• Consistent prospecting activities and enhanced lead conversion

ACCELERATE℠ GRADUATION

After successfully completing our ACCELERATE℠ program, you will be invited to our next graduation celebration where we will commemorate your achievements.

Team members can take advantage of any of our available courses. We highly recommend attending all Introductory, Core and Advanced level sessions prior to choosing Electives that best fit your team’s business model. Check with your Team Leader for course requirements.
